Hiya wanted to blog about TWG outing with Amanda and Qishan but then I think this post should be like dedicated to Am's 19th only so yeah maybe I'd blog about TWG in a few years time when I have the mood or something! Been feeling really lazy to blog nowadays but this one's for you Am! 

Anyway the girls had a plan to surprise Am and blindfold her, then lead her to Timbre to have a celebration! So Gengyun appointed her and Qishan to be the ones to lead her there whereas Jeslin and I were in charge of making sure everything was prepared when they reached. 

Met with Jes at Somerset to go to the Icing Room to design a cake for Am! And there were 2 guys there as well. They designed the cake so nicely I was so shocked. I mean, come on! Two guys. Nicer than our cake. I am so gonna do the same design they did on the next cake I'm going to design. Haha ok so yooha yooha blah blah the day came and Jes and I went to Timbre to stake out a place too. BUT. BIG BUT.We forgot to make reservations at Timbre. And though the place had 50% reserved for walk-ins, I guess we weren't fast enough.

IT RAINED. YES.

It had only been the second time that we girls had arranged to meet at Timbre. The first time, Gy couldn't come because she didn't know how to come and was held up due to something plus it rained so she couldn't come. Then it was only the four of us. This time, it freaking rained again! So irritating I swear the rain got me down even though I love rain. The plan was somewhat thwarted and I was kinda disappointed so yeah I got into a bad mood so sorry Jes! We had to make one whole u turn to the other side of the Singapore River to check whether there were any other places to go.

Then we found a place called.... omg I forgot hahaha. Some cosplay bar. The girls there were nice though and they had quite nice figures and though it was a small place but it was not bad! They even had a version of Timbre's duck pizza so yeah! Back to the topic.

The journey there was wet and humid and then I guess the connection wasn't good and Jes's phone is spoilt so the girls couldn't contact her. But everything worked out in the end. It was fun bringing Am to the pub and so many people were like trying to do weird stuff to her (?!?!??!) like stand in front of her or tell her there's a drain in front of her. 90% of them were ang mohs. Seeeee this is why I love the ang mohs they are so friendly and open I think it would be nice to work there, given the relaxing atmosphere and so on.... 

Ok anyway when we got there, we sang happy birthday and she looked really happy and all the effort was worth it!!

Duck pizza. Not as good as Timbre's but oh well.. Oh we had a platter too! I was really skeptical about being full cos they looked so little but I really felt full! The music was nice and we were like laughing and joking around. It felt really great :)
